Returns within 30 days
We hope you are satisfied with every item purchased from Gleason.store, but if you need to return it, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please notify us via email at [email protected] of your return, including your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is accepted, we will send you an email to notify you and issue you a refund. Please note that packages sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
In perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
Undamaged and with tags still attached.
Returned in the original packaging, including plastic wrap (if applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these standards. Items that show signs of use (worn, damaged, stained, or missing labels) will not be accepted.
Return Process

Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Send the returned item via a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely and is traceable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This process may take 7 to 10 business days. The refund amount will be minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Late/Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process.

Change/Cancel Order
You can request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. After 24 hours, the order cannot be changed or canceled, but you can return the item according to our policy.
