REFUND POLICY

Refund time

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item. But if 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item.

Refund process

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund request as soon as possible. We will process all returns and refunds in15 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping fee for returns at this moment. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the package shipped back to us. You can select any carrier of your choice.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Order cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 24 hours after you have placed the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
