RETURNS POLICY

Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. 

To be eligible for a return, Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived. It means:

  • Merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including seals, and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

We reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit.

Return process

To return, you can contact us at [email protected]. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We cannot provide online exchanges.

Sale items

We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance. 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

 In the case an item was faulty or damaged when received, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges, and you may return it for a refund.
